Makeup Mistake

The story is in the family room. The counter is messy with makeup trash. The door is closed all the way

Lily tries to do her makeup like a girl in a phone video. But her eye line is shaky and bad. She gets mad and throws her makeup pen.

Lily is crying. Her mom comes into the room and sees her sad face and they clean up the make up. They look at each other and say nothing.

The mom sits down. She asks Lily why she is so sad. Lily says she wants to look pretty like the other girls. Her mom just listens.

The mom tells Lily to wash her face. She says, "You are pretty with no makeup." She says makeup is just for fun. Lily feels good about herself.
